    Bay Cup Web site????

The San Francisco area Bay Cup's Web site is gone!
    http://www.thebaycup.org/
Looks like nobody paid to renew the domain name and it expired.

So now no event schedules or anything!

Does anyone here know what's going on with this?

They decided not to renew the .org. The site is up and running at http://www.thebaycup.com/
Unfortunately, the only place where this is announced is on the site itself.

Thanks. Nice of them to let everyone know in advance - NOT!

No offense but the old baycup site hadn't been used in 2 years,
it was just forwarding the address to the .com site, and people assumed that people would update their bookmarks.

    Yeah...well....

Hey folks, the Bay Cup website is now (for the past 2 years) www.thebaycup.com.

Still waiting for the Jan 20 Epee Bay Cup results from Davis...

No offense taken; but was there a posting announcing the switch that I missed?

I have obviously been going to the site for over two years, and I don't recall seeing that information about the URL change being published anywhere.

I don't see anything at the new URL that explains the change until the 17th of this month, when many of us were already off to the NAC in Atlanta (and not back until the 21st.) When did the old URL actually stop working?

They are a tad behind. On the other hand, have you ever seen Simone's handwriting. I would be putting that off too.

I have seen Simon's handwriting. I'm hoping to receive the results that may have been entered onto some excel spreadsheet or on fencing time.

Still, I think I can pretty much divine the scratch marks of most host organizers. Simon is not the only one who can't wield a pen.
