The ongoing discussion regarding underage fencers is counter-productive.
All fencers, coaches, and tournament administrators know the rules.
Perhaps a word from you on this issue might eliminate the unnecessary comments, opinions, dissension, and grousing, concerning the issue of underage fencers.

Among other things the thread is discussing how US Fencing ought to handle such situations. This is an open question that can certainly benefit from discussion, as there are many reasonable options, some of which are non-obvious or have non-obvious secondary effects.
