| Arcan, the evil half brother
I thought he was dead, Arcan my evil half brother. He now has leveled threats at his half sister Arcira, myself and the queen.
Gaurds threw him out of the near completed
pub in Arcira, late this morning. He has vowed to burn down the new pub.
Arcan is displeased with me. It was many years ago I banned him from these lands. His desire to marry his half sister,Arcira i could not approve of. Arcira, herself thought it was mad. Now, he is mad. Obviously near crazy from the ordeal.
I had heard he died fighting as a mercenary for the fencingsucks rebels but he has reared his ugly head again.
Steve, we need a Sheriff. I now as of this day and hour place a bounty of 500 gold pieces on the head of
Arcan. Knights beware of this man. He has no soul and is wicked at heart.
Arconians beware.
