FWF sabre mask

I saw mask bibs being sold in FWF website but their masks do not seem to be bib removable. So are they bib removable masks? (or you have to remove to nails so as to replace the bib?)

Many masks are made with internal linings that can be removed for washing. IS this perhaps what you saw?

I have a FWF Sabre mask and the bib is not removable. Pretty much the same mask as Allstar (feels the same) but with the FWF conductive material.

It could be intended as a replacement for a worn out bib (after all, that is usually the first thing to go on a saber mask). However unless their bib is designed to be removable (like the Leon Paul X-Change) then the effort required to remove the old bib and install a new one could be akin to what Fencerbill or YeOldeArmorer go through when rebuilding a mask.

I believe Santelli used to sell a replacement saber bib as well, however IIRC their bib was secured entirely inside the mesh and as such might not satisfy the requirements currently stated in Section 4.3 of Appendix A to the Material Rules ("The bib must be fixed to the exterior of the grille starting from the reinforcement band onwards...").

I don't have one in my hands, but this looks to be a replacement bib that you can have sewn on after removing the worn out bib. I'll check with FWF for any additional instructions/comments.
