    Looking to Buy Electric Sabre

So, I fence Sabre and already have one from Blue Gauntlet, but I want to have a spare just in case. It is supposed to be my late Christmas present. But I have no experience in buying them. My coach just picked them out for us. I don't even know what series my weapon is from, just that it is from Blue Gauntlet.
    So, any suggestions?
Btw, I have all the equipment and uniform already.

Call Craig at fencing.net (or your favorite vendor if you already have one), tell him what you like as far as feel/balance and how much you have to spend. Let him guide you from there. I would suggest an StM blade and basic bits for the rest of the weapon until you develop more of a preference. StM's are a very good saber blade that do everything fairly well with no real weaknesses and a very good value for their lifespan.

I have seen that abbreviation before, StM. But I have no idea what that means...

Edit: Oh, wait. Nevermind. It is a brand name.

I think I'm going with an StM/ Uhlmann sabre. Found one for $85.

I put my own together. PBT Electric Sabre Guard Complete ($43.99 PBT USA), PBT Insulated Sabre Pommel ($4.99 PBT USA), Allstar ASG handle ($9.20 Allstar USA), and LM blades (different sources).
