Array No writing today. Do what you may, but i feel we should not write today.
It is truly a very tragic day.
Be safe and pray for those involved.

Array Angel, he means on the story. You're fine. I agree, Arcon. We'll do the same a year from today. It is the soldier, not the reporter, who has given us the freedom of the press. It is the soldier, not the poet, who has given us the freedom of speech. It is the soldier, not the campus organizer, who gives us the freedom to demonstrate. It is the soldier who salutes the flag, who serves beneath the flag, and whose coffin is draped by the flag, who allows the protestor to burn the flag. - Father Dennis Edward O'Brien, USMC -

Array I agree with Arcon as well. I thought that writing something out of the real world would help ease the. . .Tragety I guess I should say. Although now that I've come here to write I dont think it will.
If you guys felt the same way. What I did today in school was I filled a peice of paper with simply thoughts. Words that came to mind, questions, sayings etc. I filled the entire page, and afterwards I felt. . .I guess you could say more cleanzed? I dont know exactly what it was, but I felt better. My heart and Prayers are with you all. I Love all of you.

Array Hey - I was reading the Ball thread, and there are SEVERAL posts labeled 9-11-2001. Whatever happened to not writing? It is the soldier, not the reporter, who has given us the freedom of the press. It is the soldier, not the poet, who has given us the freedom of speech. It is the soldier, not the campus organizer, who gives us the freedom to demonstrate. It is the soldier who salutes the flag, who serves beneath the flag, and whose coffin is draped by the flag, who allows the protestor to burn the flag. - Father Dennis Edward O'Brien, USMC -

Array Swordsman, check the times of the postings.
They all happened before we knew about any of this.
And before Arcon's request. Nothing is more frightening than ignorance in action. -

Array Out of respect for Arcon's request (I'm not all that evil...hee hee...), I haven't posted anything new for the story (besides, it's not my "turn" yet).
Of course, I have been writing. That's how I need to get my energy out. I need fantasy right now. Reality sucks sometimes. "Words are, of course, the most powerful drug used by mankind."
