| Arconian Pub Hi Good news Arconians. I have authorized the building of a new pub here in Arconia.
It should be completed and open for business
in a few days...if we're lucky before the great tournament in the West is held in the "Land of Dimming Lights".
My sister Arcira will run the establishment.
Im sure she will be looking for help, bartenders, hostess, waiters, etc. So feel free to apply. Of Course the number one non alcoholic drink will be ......Fresca.... what else.
This should be a place we can go just to hang out, tell a few jokes , relax....get away from those tight SPACES in life......
kinda like when you need an excederin(SP i think)
not a BAYER.
A place where anyone with (no respect)for cherry trees is not welcome.
A place where everyone knows your name.
See ya, gota go ,the builders are here.

| Ok, Zelda is meeting me here at the site.
I need some ideas for the decor.
The foundation is already in and the framers
are almost finished. Do we want a Castle theme? or should we mix it up a little ....say
"Castle Pop" or maybe "Castle Rock" ....oops
Steven King might get mad.....no "Castle Rapp" please. "Castle Country " is out of the question .....dont even go there.
Any way gang.....give it some thought and get
with me.....dont take to long...the interior finish crew will be here in the morning.
gota go, a kingdom carpenter just dropped his hammer on my foot.........YYYYYYYYYYYYYYooooooooooooooooowwwwww wwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
The King in pain, arcon

| I tender my application for the post of barperson. I have much experience in pubs such as The Plough, Bull's Head and the Hole In The Wall.
(The Bull's Head, a riverside pub, is thought to be where Oliver Cromwell was overheard plotting, and betrayed. There was a tunnel leading from the cellar to a small island on the thames-Oliver's Eyot. Most of the roads in the local area are oliver related.) Nice pub. Shame about the management. Mind.. I think we all feel the same about our ex-bosses. I want this one dead, though. lol
An Off-topic off-topic discussion board? Could be interesting.
Anyway.
Let me know. I can manage the bar, while there is no crime for me to investigate in my capacity as sherriff.
Steve.

| Well, do we name it something serious, or do we allow some humor? My first thought was to call it the "Castle Pop Cafe".
Will need to toss it around a little more.

| the attire of the male staffers when not in fencing gear should be:
silver lame bikini briefs - if you're in good shape;
silver lame boxer shorts - if not
or....
royal blue beaded bikini briefs (for the waiters)
silver lame boxer shorts for the bartenders |

You want a drink shadow? There are several choices the bar is open: May I recommend the Gator-Aid?, I'll be having a little toast of Port in a few minutes. |

| My king how fortunate I have been working the last few days at a upholstry suppliers. May I suggest the pub be furnished like a cosy room with a long bar. The chairs would be covered in muted tones such as sage, basil and mint, with hints of deep reds. http://www.warwick.com.au/fabrics/fa...ail.asp?id=129 http://www.warwick.com.au/fabrics/fa...ail.asp?id=124 http://www.warwick.com.au/fabrics/fa...ail.asp?id=130
I personally prefer the third set. There are single chairs and sofas, as well as booths all covered in similar fabrics. Even though it is cosy, it is light and airy, with lots of natural light.
