| Nice Write-up about Oiuyt in the FOC Newsletter For anybody who hasn't seen it: Quote:
THE FOC'S NEWEST MEMBERS! At the September FOC meeting, Bradley Baker and Mark Stasinos were appointed the two newest members of the committee.
Brad Baker began fencing in 1994 at John Hopkins University. He fenced Epee for the University but now he primarily fences Saber. Today he is a full time coach for Temple University, he referees nationally and internationally and competes in saber. Dick Oles was one of Brad's greatest influences in the sport. Brad's most meaningful influences in officiating are contributed to Gerrie Baumgart and Jon Moss.
Brad believes that having a referee that the fencers can trust to be consistent, fair and skilled allows the fencers to focus solely on the actual fencing. This leads to significantly better and cleaner fencing and a better experience for all involved-the athletes, coaches, spectators and the referee.
