From messages that I have received, I happen to know that 'argon' is not "Mergs". I can't reveal the person's identity (since there is a privacy policy that I abide by), but the person did say that I could state this fact. (In fact, it was asked of me to make sure that people knew that 'argon' was not "Mergs")

I doubt seriously that he'd (argon) even be interested in a spy network if he didnt know Mr.Mergs or his cronies. I have been informed as to who they are. And I know they are on this board. Nothing good will come from this spy network unless you want your name and personal life aired throughout the website and beyond.

So again i say give it serious consideration

Id rather see Arconia and fantasyland end today than to loose another writer over this sort of thing. If this person is doing this for fun and knows nothing of the past trouble weve had then ,yes, i owe them an apology but how are we to know. Its like how do we know that we are safe in America now. We will always be on gaurd.
Well, thats the way some of us feel now about your board especially here in fantasy land where all we want to do is to write in peace.
Im done but im not going to feel sorry for feeling this way now. YOU know what some of us have gone through. Its one thing to be blindsided by this sort of activity and another to see it planned and do nothing about it.

You've got your T.O.O.T.H. (whatever that was) and A.S.S. (Arconian Secret Service) that you have playfully created. What's wrong with someone else with some other writing setting up their own?

Perhaps poor Scrablevitle needs some help. Perhaps there are plots to get her on a plate with a little lemon butter sauce. She must be protected!

Then there are the other kingdoms, too small to train their own network. They need the SpyNet to be available to them for their own needs. The SpyNet is neutral and works for everyone and works for noone.

arcon - don't know who this Mergs is you speak of, but he must have really messed with you for you to lash out right away like that. If you have issues with me or my writing then take them up with me. I'd message you but I can't seem to get it to work for you.

Alright, let's do this. Argon, everybody here, regardless of their (or their character's) function, writes. Why don't you give us an example of your writing? We've seen some of the escapades of the A.S.S., if not yet the T.O.O.T.H. Let us see a mission run by the SpyNet. This could be good, especially considering some of the things I've been plotting.

Argon, what we created was in defense of fantasyland and the creative writing here. It was not done for (just) the sake of fun and never intended for slander.

At the time there were personal attacks on us and our writing. Our very existence here was threatned. Yes, we created a group of Arconians to protect ourselves.

If what you are attempting to form is for the purpose of destruction and is bent upon the slander of character then it will not survive here
If its for fun and is interesting to us then live and let live.

Someone needs to chill - or at least take this off of the thread and into private messages.

You are making judgements without seeing any results - kind of presumptive.

For someone who has a "wait and see" attitude, you sure are doing what you can to poison the well. If you see anything that lashes out against you, then fine, but until then you should chill out and keep quiet. If you don't have anything positive to say, then you should not be saying anything.

Argon, you are new here. You probaly have no real idea what has preceeded you. I have (backed off)so to speak. And (NOW) have a "wait and see attitude". If you knew the circumstances of the past you might understand why trust is not forthcoming from everyone. Some of us here have
a realationship of 2 years....others just a few months. We have a bond and are thankful and proud of our community of writers. I AM the fantasy King of Arconia and im going to try my best to keep a watchful eye over its citizens(writers).
