| Fatfencer needs 2 contractors for a non-fencing related gig I've developed.
I need an incredible web designer who knows Google PPC and how to drive traffic to the site. Someone who knows the Web and has a solid command of how to create popups that get past today's blockers. Also web merchant/credit card acceptance is key knowledge to have. Truly self motivated this person needs to design the site as aggresively as if it were her/his own business.
I also need a graphic designer who can help design signage and images for the site. Same as above this person needs to take ownership. I prefer if this person have at least a BA in Marketing and a real artistic bent. Needs to use cutting edge graphic design software.
Finally, I need someone familiar with FTC issues. An attorney who can go over all copy potentially posted to the site to make sure there aren't any issues.
Obviously telecommuting is fine lol. This is a startup. PM me if you have any desire. NDA's will be necessary if you are serious.
FYI: I've been in 2 successful, gone IPO startups in the past during the heyday of Silicon Valley as the finance/accounting guy. This will be number 3. I need really serious people to help get this off the ground. I'll need a portfolio of your past work. I thought that since the fencing community often has a cornucopia of talented pros in various fields that this just might be the place to post. Please email to eternalmindspring@hotmail.com
Thanks,
FF |

| I've gotta ditto the two posts above. While I have to applaud FF for going to Fnet for the talent pool (what a group of talented people here!), I have to say that I f***ing hate companies which use popups, and as a matter of principle, NEVER look at them before closing them.
We should blackball anyone who creates popups. |

| What a coincidence!
I have PhDs in graphic design and marketing, and I've written a program that automatically prints out popups without even visiting the site.
I am also looking for two contractors!
I need a gunsmith who can design a bullet that shoots through the internet and out the screen of a computer, and I also want a programmer who can design a program to trace a popup ad back to the computer of the person responsible for designing it.

| While I also detest pop-up ads and never look at them before closing them when they get past my pop-up blocker, I save my hatred for those sites that attempt to install software on computers without the knowledge and consent of the operator. |

I would never trust a PPC campaign to a web designer.

| Hey everyone,
I need a translator with a good knowledge of Farsi and a metallurgist who specializes in copper. I'd prefer it if at least one of you had a thorough knowledge of hats, but if not, that's fine.
Obviously, email or phone telecommunication is fine. ROFLMAO.
I've been in over nine thousand different successful hat businesses in the past, and I don't see why this one should be any different. If you're serious, please PM me your name and phone number so I can contact you, and also your social security number so I know that you're legit. Otherwise, you can email me at eternalmindspring@hotmail.com.
Thanks,
MrB |

| The funny thing is I actually know a Persian metallurgist who has great proficiency for languages and translation....doesn't like hats though. |
