Which becomes a problem for the school if they go to a school with an NCAA program... it could be interpreted as a use of a meet date if the fencer gets listed as whatever school they go to, even though they went by themselves without the team.

Is there a reason that the Women's Epee results don't reflect the results of the "cancellation"* bracket? It seems like all of the other events do...

Yes, the cancellation tableau was not factored in. It was run for the benefit of the fencers that didn't make the first cut in the pools. -------------------
