I'm tempted to sign up... it's only a couple hours from here. What's the skill level going to be like? I'm such a noob, haven't seen my first tourney yet. Sounds like fun though!

It'll be good for you. There should be all skill levels there. It's not just for kids, but there are a lot of youth events because it's also the Gateway Division Junior Olympic Qualifier.
