Here's a question for you. It's one I found in the armouer's test also and I couldn't find the answer.
I am going to make some sabre mask cords. Do the clips have to be soldered or can they just be screwed?

The wire must be solder and the screw as well
to the side of the clip.

They should be soldered, but last Nationals I forgot to do that and the Armory guys forgot to check, so I used them anyway. Only illegal if you get caught,eh?!
