| Late NAC entries? Anyone here have an estimate on the number of competitors who register late (triple fees) for NACs?
Just curious. There's no way I could ever afford to do that. |

I remember that it's way, way higher than you would ever think. As in, it's not something like "three." |

| Yea, I had to do it once too. It was good motivation to always get my entries in on time.
I have a feeling there's a large number of people who do. At least the ones with rich parents.

| I did once. I had already bought airfare and tickets but apparently faxed it to the wrong # and forgot that I hadn't gotten a confirmation sent back. Oh well. I'm stupid sometimes. |

| deadline I almost missed the deadlines for both NAC's this year because the deadline for the next NAC was either while we are at the NAC or right after we get back from the NAC. I couldn't think about the next one while preparing for the current one. So I had to overnight the appl. a day before they were due. Postage is still cheaper than the triple fees. |

| You could also register an extra month in advance, if you knew you were going. |

Last Friday I registered for NAC C, NAC D, and the Div I National Championships (aka NAC F). In person, with Christine. The first of those on the last (regular-fee) day, the latter two well in advance.
