Ah the wonders of the search function! I have a great quote, not a sword movie, but applicable to fencing, life, and just about any sport where physical exertion is required:

Since I am the kind of guy who likes to check my references, I found the book. Sorry for coming back to this quote a third time, but I think it is a good one and want to make sure you all have the right quote.
