| Did you have any problems with shop.fencing.net? Hi,
I bought foil lame from the shop.fencing.net 2 weeks ago.
The lame is faulty, I sent 3 emails to them and no response.
Anybody had similar problem with this shop?
Thank you

are you sure you're emailing the right address? |

| I'd recommend a phone call over posting here. |

| I have never had any problems with FDN that were not fixed with a phone call and I have been doing business with them since they opened. I usually just call whenever I have a question and it is taken care of by Craig or Beth. Give them a call, I am sure they will set it right for you. By the way, how is a new lame faulty? Is it registering high, was there a workmanship defect or is it something more along the lines of the wrong size?

| The lame has 6-7 holes. I dont know the why, probably manufacturer problem. It's not used, new lame but with holes.
I live in Australia and in order to call them I have to wake up at night. (14 hours time difference)
I think it will be nice if they simply reply to my emails. But they dont reply. |

I'd not be surprised if he read this and contacted you directly.
Seems odd that the lamé arrived with holes in it. Was the packing damaged? |

| Andrey,
Well, I can't look you up by email since you're using a different email than the forums - that email address never placed an order with us. I checked through all of our emails for what I think is your email address from a lame order from an "Andrey" in Australia and we have not received an email from you.
I'll send you a PM here to find out what happened with the lame.
Craig

Andrey | I have never had a problem with the fnet shop.
They have consistently gone above and beyond normal good service.
Whatever problem there is, I'm sure it's not anything on Craig's end.

| I've had a minor problem with getting someone to respond as well. I suspect it was a busy time of year for them. While I wasn't overly impressed by the level of service, I would use them again as they have a good product range and decent prices.

| I asked several questions before I placed an order (as it was my first experience shopping online, and I am located in Canada), and Craig always answered my questions quickly.
The only problem I had (still have) is that Canada Post still has my stuff. It's in the next town, and it's been there for several days, and I. Want. It. Now! (Perhaps they're concerned that people are shipping weapons around in the mail?) |

| They have answered all of my questions quickly, and dealt with all of orders and my occasional problems quickly as well. I am very satisfied with the service I get at f.net. |

| I too have been very happy with Craig's service.
That puts him in with a very small and select handful of Internet/Catalog companies

My dog stalks them for cookies.

You mean the DVDs that say Pre-Order, Shipping November 1st?
We received the 2007 World Championships DVDs and those are shipping out today/tomorrow. (You'll get your shipping notice this afternoon.)

Andrey | I've just had confirmation from Andrey that the problem was that the Postal Service damaged the package (the outer packaging had a number of holes in it!)
This was not manufacturer defect, but an issue with the postal services.
Cheers,
Craig |
