I went back and check out back issue of American Fencers.
About 20 years ago a screwless foil tip came out of Fla. called the golden tip.
About 15 years ago the Russian came out with both the screwless foil and epee tip
Now Estonic as come out with the screwless epee tip again.
They all have one thing in common they will
loose up while being used even using lock tight on the theards. My son tip is all ready loosing up.
So be on the look out for this problem. The new one take both 6mm wench and a 7mm for the tip the 6 is for the barrel.
