Just checked in and everything is $160 (that coupon is AMAZING btw. Puts them right in my price range). Perhaps this is a Nike challenge? Just how dedicated are fencers to shoes? Enough to check the website every 5 minutes?

The prices seem to be fluctuating every time I switched color schemes - sometimes the pink were 220 and sometimes 160 - ditto for the white and light blue, which I ended up grabbing. I'm wondering if they're keying off of relatively popularity or something for the lower price - anybody else have a similar experience?

Yeah, we grabbed a pair at $176 (the red swoosh) and then saw that the blue swoosh (white with blue) had dropped to 160 and with the coupon snatched that pair for total of 126 + 8 tax and free shipping. (I added some stuff to get over the 150 free ship border then when it gave it to me I removed the added stuff and lo and behold just the shoes for 126 + tax and no shipping).

But the prices are definitely shifting up and down--very strange.

Exactly, I had logged in prior, then after entering the price coupon and prior to paying, I changed the order to remove the extra stuff. Shipping did not change.

i read a couple posts back that these run up to a full size big. anyone else get there yet that can confirm this?

I ordered mine through the Nike store last week, and got my tracking number this morning. Will receive tomorrow and let you know about the sizing.

But...

before I've even laid eyes on them, They dropped the price by $60! I'm guessing I can ship them back and reorder at the lower price?

Nike just refunded the difference in price for my shoes, so if you ordered at $220.00 give them a call at 1-800-806-NIKE and they should do the same for you.

I just ordered mine. Thanks for the coupon guys. My only problem is that they ran out of the blue in my size. I had to settle for the red ones.

yeah i had to get the red ones too and free shipping! ended up costing me 136 bucks

I nabbed a pair of the red ones this morning. Blue is by far my more favorite color, but the white/blue ones were already sold out and I think that dark colored shoes (or socks) seem to make it easier for the opponent to read your footwork.

If I end up liking these as much as the Adidas Asymmetrics I will be getting several pairs when they get back in stock (especially if they stay at $128)...I've learned my lesson about that one.
