    Able to order

Looks like you can order from the Nike store now if you are so inclined. Also looks like they have another color combination available. For $220 it's too rich for my blood.

I think that purple shoe is the color scheme they were supposedly making for Margherita Granbassi only.

It's not purple... read what it says on the site... "Black/White-Pinkfire"

I'm confused... The new color is pink, but it says mens fencing shoe.

Blame the media. I recall seeing Lex Luthor fencing on Smallville.

The shoe industry can be screwy... sometimes shoes that are clearly female in color will be labeled under mens because for them it seems logical. In this case, it's because they're for a specific sport, and there is only one style of shoe in that category. Plus, they all use men's sizing no matter the color. A real life example of this is Converse Chuck Taylors... all of them are sized on the men's scale.

That doesn't mean that they should. Salmon is acceptable, not pink.

    G'day All!

Considering these have only just hit the webstore i'm guessing not too many of us have tried this shoe yet- but it looks mighty awesome (its going to have to be if there going to extort us this badly for it!) Just a question to those who have tried it, or generally wear nike shoes. How true to size would these shoes run? I wear a 10 in adidas indoor shoes for fencing and im not sure where to go with these nike ones. Should i try on a pair of their indoor soccer shoes to get a feel for size maybe?

Also, and probably more importantly- what are my chances of getting them delivered to me in Aus? it looks like the nike website only ships within the states- do we have any idea who else may stock it though? I generally go through LP but considering their sale on the old adistars ive got a feeling theyre just getting ready to stock the new ones... Apologies for the ramble! Hopefully you guys can sort me out though!

High school boys can wear salmon. Leave pink for men.

I've seen your pre-haircut album. I don't think I'll be taking your fashion advice anytime soon.

The US Army went through a 3-4 year pink phase, believe it or not. I can produce pictures. In fact, you've seen it and just didn't realize it.

    So you own pink clothing...?

And what about the post-haircut albums?

I didn't want to rag on you, because it's better. I'm a Tim Gunn man, myself.

It looks like it's on regular sale.

    Yes
I can't think of any occasion that I would need pink for, especially in a shoe.

I don't look as good with short hair. I've had it before, wasn't a good choice at all.

It looks like it's on regular sale.
hm... I thought it wasn't going to be onsale until August (2 hours into it doesn't count).

Speaking of August, I still have homework to do >_<

I was led to understand by some denizens* of the state that pink is an extremely manly color in South Carolina.

I don't think you're allowed to use "grow up" and "Miami Vice" in the same sentence.
