Each DVD will feature one weapon and contains between 3 and 4 hours of footage. The DVDs are on sale for $29.95 each.

Yes, I am sure. They are all from FencingPictures/FencingChannel, a company that has a contract with the FIE for video production and distribution.

If you look at http://www.fencingchannel.tv it seems that the "Petesburg" was in most of their graphics.

There was a :) at the end of the post but yeah, that was the point. The graphic used all over the place prominently misspells the city's name which is amusing in sort of a cheap Chinese knock-off kind of way.

If you don't have the money or do not want to pay for it torrent it or find the vids somewhere online.

With that being said, I ordered my copy 2 days ago.

How long does it take for these DVDs to be shipped to a residence?
I placed an order about (2) weeks ago and still have not received the DVDs for foil.

You should send an email to service@fencing.net with your order number. All standalone DVD orders have been shipped out, so if you haven't received yours and you are in the US, then the post office either lost it or delivered to the wrong address.

Emailing service@fencing.net with the info on your order is the quickest way for us to find status and resolve the issue for you.

I got mine...so far, so good. It has a whole bunch of matches, good slow reviews, the usual FencingChannel product. The CD is nice, and they corrected the Petersburg typo. It still doesn't have a sleeve though.

However, it doesn't have any extras like some of the other FC DVDs...notably, the CIP one.

Presentation:
I ordered directly from fencingchannel.tv and took a solid 12 days to reach me.
I LOLed when I opened the package. The DVD looked similar to the DVDs me a couple of other friends use to create(look at pics attached).
Buy a pack of Blank DVDs with a white face and them pass it through an ink jet printer.
You can even see where the printer printed off the DVD. You can also see the place where someone placed their finger in the middle while the ink was still wet(left a clear finger print).

Of course it does not show ALL the fencing bouts , but the DVD show some damn good bouts. The bout between Lei and Le Pechoux gave me a nice chuckle seeing as Lei won the bout due to Le Pechoux getting another yellow (I believe) from running into Lei.
There were only a select few bouts where they replayed the touches in slow-motion(semi-finals, finals, and team bouts). Some they did not show in slow-motion(T8s).
The Bonus features included the opening ceremony, and medal presentation were pretty cool(fencer mime FTW).

Worth $30+S&H...No
Worth $20-$15... Yes; but that just my opinion.
Should have waited for should have waited for someone to post the torrent online, but hindsight is 20/20.

Someone already has.It's posted on a popular torrent site. Just type "foil" into the search box. Google works well too.
