| Fatfencer needs this...SKB doublegolf case Anyone have this for sale? Some people may not like the double wide SKB due to traveling difficulties in cars, i.e. its too big to fit in the trunks of most cars.. SKB ATA Double Golf Travel Case [2SKB-5020W]
Lowest New Price:USD $179.99
Does anyone have one they'd be willing to sell me for cheap? I'll take one in any condition as long as the locks, hinges, and waterproofed-ness is still intact. Please no holes!!!
Fatfencer
PS: I'm looking for a really good deal. Let me know. |

| OOOH, man. This bag makes me drool. I have the SKB single-wide and sometimes I have to smash my mask to get everything to fit. Do any vendors sell it or do we have to journey into the land of golf to get one? |

| Airlines will make you pay big bucks for this one. It bigger (twice) than the standard golf case. I have two single SKB, a standard (~7 yrs old and working) and the other is with the bulging end and TSA locks (~2 months old).
The double case is great for ground transportation.

| I got mine from Amazon, free shipping is always nice.
It's a great case for hauling a bunch of stuff in, but it doesn't always fit in small to mid-size cars, and when it does it takes up a lot of space. |

The double case is great for ground transportation. | Yes, it weighs 70 lbs when SKB ships it to you. Since you start paying extra at 50 lbs, you probably can't fly with it empty. Maybe Tiger Woods could afford it, I couldn't.+

| I have this one....tricked out for the 4 foils, 2 epees, and 2 sabres I carried, plus all my clothing and some tools.
Let me think about that one....as I haven;t competed in year -- and may not again (at least to the extent that I used to), I MIGHT be willing to let it go.
There are some pics in the "pimp my case" thread. |

The airlines have different restrictions on size than the parcel services, so you may be able to fly with it. Make sure you check the size restrictions for the airline first or it'll cost you a chunk of change.

| It's true it doesn't weigh 70lbs shipped; hell I don't think my case weighs any more than 35-45lbs fully loaded, though if it does, I'm a hoss! |
