Well its been in production for some time, mostly art and sound. TOP-hat is a top down adventure game with RPG elements. You play as a stick figure on a quest to get a top hat for prom. The levels go as such:
1, Drivers cap
2, Sun hat
3, Baseball hat
4, cowboy hat
5, sombrero
6, Kepi
7, KFC Bucket
8, Bowler derby
9, Hard hat
10, Beret
11, Bucket hat
12, Bicorne
13, Balmoral
14, Cloche hat
15, Garrison
16, Peaked cap
17, Beefeater
18, Salakot
19, Crown
20, Tophat.
The gameplay could be compared to Diablo; Hundreds of weapons, spells, and armors. You start at level 1, fighting caps. Kill 7 caps and you level up. At level 2 you have to kill 8 then 9 and so on and so forth until level 9 when you fight the boss. When you defeat the boss you get the cap as a piece of armor, each hat giving you a special power. After that you move onto the sun hats. You level up extremely quickly (Don't worry there are over 200 levels, 2 skill points per level= 400 skill points.) and move onto a new hat every 10 levels.
