For the tip: 4.0mm x 0.7 metric.
For the tang, it's no different from foil or sabre: most vendors are using 6.0mm x 1.0 metric these days, but you may find a few U.S. 12-24 blades or pommels still around. You can re-cut a 6x1 tang to 12x24, or tap out a 12x24 pommel to 6x1.
