I'm not sure BALBOS was actually banned, I'm sure I saw him online about a week ago or so. There's been plenty of figures who should have been banned, but never were.

We mods have a special place that we send people when they've annoyed us sufficiently. It's a little village where, through various means, we retrain them to be good members of society. If they've anything useful to say we normally get that out of them too.
