| Call a vendor or three. See if they'll let you buy two or three grips and return the one(s)
you don't like. They may not like if you actually put them on a weapon and use them
or they may. It's worth asking. But worst case you can get the feel of them and you're
out a few bucks in shipping
I've got a size 10 hand by most companies sizing and I use a small visconti and Zivkovic
Ks on my foils. That's 20cm from palm to tip of middle finger and 8cm across palm. So,
pretty close to you.
As others have said, you'll want to go one size smaller than you think feels right at first.
I had a German for a while and hated it. Too big and chunky for me. I haven't tried a
Belgian long enough to have a useful opinion.

| with the cost of a grip and shipping, it may be the same price....
More or less choose one that doesn't immediately annoy you, you'll grow to love it anyway.

| I tried out one of my club members grips today, a large belgian, it was the wrong hand but it gave me a feel for the size, and it was pretty nice, so i think i may try for a medium belgian |

You may want to go with an external hex for now - that way you'll only have to cut the tang down to a point where it doesn't stick out beyond the grip and into your hand. Plus if you ultimately decide to go with another grip you are less likely to find that the tang is too short for the new grip. I would also suggest putting a lock washer in there to help keep the pommel tight. You can order one along with grip and pommel or go down to your local hardware store and pick up a 6mm lock washer. |

| Im a noob but I use a German grip. Its very comfortable. My only complaint is that it makes it too easy to for me to squeeze with my thumb and middle finger instead of with my thumb and pointer. |

| I like the fit of a Belgian, but they only come in one size and I have small hands.
PS: btw Absolute has been great about returning grips (they were unused and mint). |

If you have a humongous hand, a Russian grip can be good. Just be sure to cut it down to a length where you have to grip with the thum slightly bent. |

| My hands are 7.25 inches from base of palm to tip of middle finder and I use an uhlmann visconti medium and it's a great fit, maybe a tad big but I think the small would be too small. |
