I talked to Craig about it a couple of days ago. He said it was an 'upgrade' issue. Apparently the certificate process got hosed up due to some other changes, either here or at the vendor.
They sent me a new license key last night - installed and still not working.
I've also got another review system that is better supported installed and in testing. As soon as I can get the integration with the forums working, I'll be hiring the developer to move over all of the current reviews to a newer system. (Actually, I have 2 different alternative systems in test beds now and both offer advantages over the current system.)
I expect that it will take about a week to get this all completed, but may take a little longer to get all of the existing reviews ported over.
It's nice to see the reviews section up and working again.
Unfortunately it looks like the old problem with the "scoring equipment" and "tools and test" categories is once again raising its ugly head (or perhaps it was there all the time but remained hidden by more recent problems). Click on any item in either of those two categories and you still get the following error message:
Censura: Error
Sorry, but the category that this item is in hasn't been properly configured - no rating types assigned yet!
Update -
There appears to have been some progress WRT to the error messages in "tools and test" and "scoring machines". I can now call up all of the reviews in "tools and test" (all two of them) and at least some of the reviews in "scoring equipment".
Maybe at some point we'll even be able to add reviews for some of the other scoring machines that people routinely ask about, such as Faveros, SG's, and Eigerteks.
Edit: Congratulations to Craig on this progress - I know this problem has been vexing him for some time.

Reason: added congratulations
I was trying to get into the TCA mask review under regular masks on the review page and I get the following message (seems to be related to this thread):
