Circuit Diagram for Scoring Machine

Name: J.D
E-mail address: *****
Weapon (primary): Foil

Question:

Where can I find a circuit diagram for a DIY scoring box? It doesn't need to be FIE approved, just suitable for a club with no budget or use away from the club.

There's a diagram that I have been fooling around with from this website: www.stanford.edu/~aroman/fencing/fencing_board the files are in the fboard link. But I haven't been able to get some of the files open and I have yet to find the program for the chip. I sent him an email but have yet to hear back. If you can figure it out let me know It may just be that I am really bad with computers. Anyway, good luck with the club, I remember when we had no budget at all. Not that we have very much now either. Which is why I, who knows soo little about computers and such, am trying to build a machine.
