Where can I get an Orange Lame??? I'm dead serious about this and I want it now!!! Can anyone help? Are there metallic, conductive fabric paints or dyes that don't interfere?

FF Sorry, I can't really help but you could try dropping Allstar GER an e-mail and ask? I know they do orange masks (not the same as a lamé, I know...) that are very popular in Holland -- perhaps they could arrange something?
Orange is a cool colour, good luck! -

Array Blade used to,
I'm not sure anymore though. -
The Fencing Post does enblazing so you could get it from them. It's stainless steel from linea but you would have to drop like 200 for it. It was in American Fencing if you want to see it. -
Why would you want an oragne lame exactly? To exact physical pain on others? Inquaarta especially? -

Array I know a guy who has an Uhlmann lame that's orange/peach/salmonish, so I would suggest Uhlmann. -

Array Crud, I just saw someone that would do custom colours. I can't remember where now but I'll look. -

With sleeves in sabre and without in foil.
Obviously foil has the better style and looks. Wow, I'm still third top poster... # Posts Per Day: 15.18 -

Next time you are driving thru highway construction you could ask the flagman where your state dept. of transportation get theirs. ( Sorry, couldn't get that image out of my mind.) -

Array For some reason I think some clubs back east dyed their lames green with something like RIT dye...for their kids classes....darned if I can remember the salle though.....Rochester, i think?? -
Great Idea I applaud your idea--I think the colleges should have colored uniforms--so Penn could have red and blue sleeves, princeton orange and black, harvard red and black, etc. -

I think it'd get pretty silly looking if everyone went all out, though. -

Array Fabric dyes color the textile threads, not the metal. The only problem is that dyes like RIT instruct you to dye in hot water, which isn't good for lamés...
Sorry. It can't be done. Use the Shift key, people! Keyboard manufacturers everywhere are ineffably saddened when you ignore what they made just for you! -

Sorry. It can't be done. Don't listen to Inq. He's trying to sabotage the effort!
Why don't you go play with your visor mask and leave the poor foilist alone? Similar Threads -
