Book: Strength Training for Fencers

What skill level is this book written for? I am a newbie when it comes to lifting and don't want to get this book if it is going to be way too advanced for me. I have been fencing for quite awhile but have never added strength training component until now.

Do a search.

Or PM me.

We don't need another thread about strength training for fencing.

You know, I was wondering about that myself. Someone gave me a photocopy of this book a while back, though I haven't done anything with it thus far. In a nutshell, thumbs up, thumbs down?
