| Ok, now Triplette too? I placed an order online with Triplette last Saturday... seemed to go through ok, but no reply. I've emailed them and no reply. Now I can't even get through to their website. First Allstar USA and now Triplette!! No one wants my money?!! I ordered some nice fencing shoes on Saturday too, and they shipped the same day; now THAT's service! |

| I want your money. I just don't want to provide anything in return, so please provide your money upfront. |

| So many kind offers... I don't know where to start.
But I have good news, even though the Triplette site is down today I did manage to get ahold of a very nice gentleman on the phone and found out my order had actually shipped.
Some tips though: if you order online you will not necessarily receive any confirmation or reply unless you request one in the memo line, and if you call them and they cannot find your name in their system then give them your email address instead. Hopefully that helps |

I hate Triplette. I'd say never order from there but I see it's too late. |

Hopefully that helps | Hmmm - We try to follow e-commerce best practices for notifications.
We send an email as the:
- Order confirmation which includes a link back to the order and your Order # and Customer ID in our system
- Shipping confirmation notice
When an item is on backorder, we will manually send an email (happens right now with the Kolobkov Pros and StM blades will be another week.) - We had a couple of reports of those emails not arriving, so I'm checking to see if it's on our end or spam-filters on the customer side.
We also answer emails sent to service@fencing.net and sales@fencing.net within one business day.

| I haven't had one bad transaction with Triplette.
Granted everyone screws up on an order from time to time but by and large they've always been upfront and extremely reasonable with me. Maybe they had some staff turnover, etc.. could be anything. My servers went down for 2 days. I lost my phones too. Doesn't mean I left the mortgage biz.
I wouldn't worry too much.

| Your money, right here! Nobody wants your money? Send it to me. I guarentee no sevice, no
replys and no refunds! Sorry, just feeling a little sassy tonight!
I had the same problem with an outfit that offered loss leaders on ebay last year! I won't buy from them again. Took a month to get a glove from them!!!
(just experimenting with posting, no offense meant to anyone!) |

One nicety about mortgage lenders closing is that basically my competition is going away. The retail side of banks like Countrywide and Ditech that lie their collective asses off are reaping the error of their ways. Countrywide keeps laying off everyone. their service has always been bad but now its worse.
So I just hang in and the loans keep coming. Guidelines have tightened so I can't get everyone done but most people can still get a loan at great rates.
Par on a 30 yr fixed is 6%. Best par (no buy ups or buydowns)rate in the market. No hidden fees or goofy bs.
