Array Basic Question it seems I'm the defacto Armourer now as no one else in the club has done any major work. I'm a bayonet guy and have been presented with 2 prong body cords to work with. need some wiring diagram help here. the body cords I have been given are in all different wiring conditions. and for the barrel wire it take it will be connected to the thin pin receptacle. Code: |----- A
-----|
|===== B
-----<>< C
|------ 1
|
|------ 2
-----|
|
|------ 3 I think C-3, but don't know the rest. any help would be great.

Array You have it correct....the A line is the alligator clip, the B line (connected to the wire) is the smaller pin (3mm), and the C line (ground line) is the bigger pin (4mm).
For the other end, it's the same as on your bayo cords. They're labeled A, B, and C....the A and B are 15mm apart, and teh B and C 20mm apart...so the way you have it diagrammed, 1 is A, 2 is B and 3 is C.
The reason for the spacing and pin sizes is to ensure that the cords can only be inserted into their receptacles in only one way.
BTW....on the bayo cords, the B line is the center post and teh C line is the larger metal washer under the spring -

Array Here's the tip I learned years ago: The fat man stands alone. (Identifies the C line.) Similar Threads -
