Additional Work Out Plan?

Hello! I am a predominately foil fencer who is just entering into their second year as a fencer. I fence through my college's fencing team. We meet three times a week and despite trying as hard as I can in practice, I am often left wanting more.

So, I was wondering if there are any work outs, primarily for a gym or rec center type setting that anyone knows of that would help me with my foil game. Stuff like a weight set or other stuff like that!

Footwork!

You don't even need much room. Work on advances, retreats, and lunges with different tempos, half advances, half retreats, etc, etc...

The better you move, the more your fencing will improve.

I like the elliptical trainer. works out some of the same muscle groups and will help keep your muscles even.
