Parent Handbook/policy book?

Hey all,

We are re-writing out parent handbook for our season kickoff parent meeting in a few weeks and I'd love to see what else is out there. If you have it on Computer PLEASE attach it here or e-mail me at matt@hpfencing.com or mail a copy to us at AAY, 816 S Van Buren, AMarillo, TX 79101

If you haven't already (or haven't recently), check out the USFA's "Parent Guide to Fencing". Useful document that you'll probably want to refer the parents of your athletes to and which likely has information that you'll want to put directly into whatever you're creating.

Or even replcae whatever you're creating, leaving you just needing to add an addendum with club- (or division-) specific information.

This

may help as well. It is very anglocentric but it really is aimed at introducing people to competitions in the UK.

Something I've been meaning to put together...'meaning' being the operative word... is a parent cd-rom to put in that introductory fencing club folder with many of the online resources archived on it. I've found that hyperlinks sometimes become obsolete faster than we might like...

CD/Rs are so cheap that the only thing getting in the way is the usual time and inertia to make it happen...
