I'll go first. I'm not a USC fan, but their obscene stockpile of talent will be really difficult to overcome for any team. Barring any screwups (see: UCLA) or another team having a major breakout (West Virginia?) looks like USC will add another crystal football to the ol' trophy case.

I have to give some hometown love for the University at Buffalo Bulls, one of the weakest DI programs in the country. Maybe they can win three games this year.
Can't you, just this once, f*** off?

Hah, four of Buffalo's first five games are on the road, including Penn State. Who did they piss off?

Nationally, you have to like USC, even if its the popular choice.

Yea it really is hard to bet against USC... then again they were considered dominant in 05, and look what happened there. OSU was considered untouchable last year, and look what happened there.

I would like Texas to win the BCS, and if not them, then a Big East member (probably WV or Louisville, I'd put my money on WV) just to finally shut up all the SEC lovers on ESPN who come up with things like "any 2 loss SEC team is better than any undefeated Big East team".

It's not one of the top teams, but I'm interested to see how UVA does this year. Last year, they almost started from scratch, basically a rookie team. Didn't do great, but didn't do that bad, either. They have a really good coach and hardly lost any starters, all of whom show promise, so I'd like to watch how they improve this year.
Just because you have the right, that doesn't mean it is right.

Yeah, but their website has such in-depth coverage as the following story (currently leading the page):

Yea this probably will be the year Michigan finally beats OSU...

And as for ND, I would love nothing more than for them to go 0-12.

The NCAA would probably still find some exception that lets them go to the BCS.

Thats the only reason florida went last year, there was another team that had a perfect season and they didnt go.

Referring to Boise? As much as I hate SEC fanboys Florida did play a tougher schedule than Boise did, including wins over Tennessee (away), LSU and Arkansas. Their one loss was an away game at Auburn who are another perennial top 25 team. As for Boise, the only ranked team on their schedule was Hawaii (and a home game, nonetheless).

I'm not trying to totally undermine Boise. They are a good team and the Fiesta Bowl was probably the best college game ever. But merely being undefeated doesn't automatically qualify you to play for the championship. If that were the case, every team would schedule a bunch of Div I-AA's and non-BCS opponents just to run the table.
