Is this sub forum doomed to endless spam by hpfencing (sorry you're the only one I can pick on) and smart aleck posts by me? Is there anybody out there listening? Is there any useful info in here?

Not really. I'd go back to the main forum. There are MAYBE half a dozen people looking at this section.

I don't think we need to be more like New Jersey. It sounded to me like the New Jersey section is looking to annex other sections. Since so many folks have pointed out the the Rocky Mountain Section is almost too large, maybe New Jersey will annex part of this section. It almost has local precedent in Aurora CO's annexations of recent years.
