Two Questions

Okay, I'm new to the whole tournament thing so some of y'all can probably help me out.

Question 1: Is a Senior/open tournament (like a result from Askfred.) open to any age or just seniors?

And 2: Also what is the age requirement for Cadet and Junior. I've looked around online and I couldn't find it.

Read DIV. I/DIV. II, III as Senior.

These dates are for the 2006-2007 season. For 2007-2008 season (starts 8/1 I believe) just add a year to each.
