This is going to be a TINY event. At least the fencing portion of it will be.

The draft plan that I saw also had 3 "NOC universality places" per event, and the host country automatically received 1 place for each event. Total of 13 fencers in each of 6 events. Also a 6W team, by continent. I'm not sure what a "NOC universality place" means.

Oh, there was also mentioned a limit of only 1 fencer/weapon from any given country.

Notice that the qualifying competition is the 2010 Cadet World Championships.
