Also talk to a lawyer familiar with personal injury & legal liability law. One thing we found out is that even with a signed waivers, we could still be held liable for injuries.
As I understand it, the main purpose of a waiver-release form is to attempt to ensure that participants have some warning as to possible injuries, etc.
