Mo might have put that in there anticipating your research.

| I'll take the beer brewed by monks in Belgium over any Portland beer, sorry :-)

| Hmm... bummer that the March NAC is all "TBA". That's the next event I expect I'll do after Nats. Got my fingers crossed for east coast! |

The fencing gods hate crossed fingers and high hopes. They reward those sins with tournaments in the Yukon! |

| There's probably some rule somewhere that the USFA can only host tournaments in say, the USA. Or do you mean "NAC A is for Anchorage!"? |

A - Anchorage, AK
B - Boise, ID
C - Cleveland, OH
D - De Moines, IA
E - Eau Claire, WI
F - Fargo, ND
JOs - Joliet, IL
Summer Nats - Sonoma, CA
Can someone come up with a more out of the way no reason to go there place than Sonoma, CA... because I know I wouldn't mind spending a week in wine country in the summer... there has to be a worse place to be (and South Naknek, AK doesn't count, because I'm sure they don't have a convention space big enough for summer nats).

Summer Nats - Sonoma, CA | There's got to be somewhere more out of the way than Cleveland. Might I suggest Cheyenne, Wyoming? I'll even proffer Bakersfield, CA instead of Boise.
Joliet, IL is practically Chicago. I thought about offering up Summersville, SC, but I think the nearest convention center would end up being Charleston, SC. And Summersville, WV's convention center looks like a basketball court. |

-w | If Sonoma can host a NASCAR event they could do nationals. You know they used to have everyone who got in the infield sign in but after they got numberous pages of poorly drawn Xs that stopped having people sign in. |

I said that South Naknek, AK (pop. 137) couldn't do Summer Nationals.
I said that I'd actually like to go to Sonoma... and looking at the rest of the schedule, you should be able to tell that these are not places I want to waste my vacation days on.

| I'd nominate Detroit for D. Urban decay++;
How does Suwanee, GA in the height of summer sound? |

-w | The worst place on the list is Boise, ID only because at least the NAC F in Fargo would not be in the winter. Summer Nationals in Sonoma would be greast - my sister-in-law has a summer home there I wonder how much flights would be to those "major destinations"?
