sorry for being a bit off topic, but how tall are you with feet that small?

Your Feet are your Foundation

I never believed this, wore crappy shoes that were cheap in many ways. I was born with high arches and just thought they stayed that way. Didn't realize that they had begun to fall until I was a tournament and blew my knee out. Turned out that my body compensated for the balance lacking in my feet by intoeing which caused a serious problem with my knee.

$25K later and a great Orthopedistist (whatever they are called, I call him Dennis its just easier). I got custom orthotics for my shoes, I go nowhere without them. I haven't had shin splints since, and my knees and feet don't hurt nearly as much. I find there is always a solution to pain by making sure your technique is correct, as it will protect you, AND to get expert opinions about why things hurt when they didn't before. Start with your coach, they are trained to watch for such inconsistencies in technique.
