mask with a clock?

Does anyone know what the "mask with a clock" is that is mentioned in the interview with Caroline Golubitsky that is featured on the front page of fencing.net?

I can't figure out if this is a translation issue or some new technical development.

Was anyone else wondering?

As you may know, with the wireless systems the masks have three lights (one in the front/top and one on each side) that illuminate when there's a valid touch.

I am not certain, but it may be that since they have electronics already in the masks, they may be discussing having a clock showing to the athlete inside the mask. But that's just a guess on my part.

I would not think the clock would be very functional because your vision is focused on distance, so focusing on a clock inside the mask might be tough.

If anyone is really interested beyond this, I can email Eduardo dos Santos and get an answer.
