There is still no reply from Carmimari

I've ordered and paid several weeks ago and there is still no reply from them. What can I do? Sue them??
I even have emailed them in Italian.

Did they take your money? Did you order something that they may not have in stock (like a specific size)?

After telling them what I want, they sent me a spreadsheet which says the amount in Euro I have to pay. So that actually means they have them in stock. I sent the money to their bank account. I emailed them that the money had been sent but there is still no reply.
They should have informed me even if they didn't have them in stock.

I'm sorry you're having trouble; is it possible that you might have mistakenly chosen to have your purchase sent surface rather than air?
