Finding a Coach

What is the best way to find a coach for a Northern New Jersey High School Varsity team? Due to relocation, we have an opening.

I know someone who might well be willing (and is definitely up to the task) but he would more or less require a full time job as a gym teacher (for which is he also fully qualified with a degree in physical education and, I believe, a current teaching certificate.)

If you guys can get him a job there, I would be more than happy to pass the into on to him.

You may also consider (if you have not already) requesting that this job be posted on the US Fencing Coaches Association site [www.USFCA.org]. They have a section for job postings. If you get the details to me I can post information in the Swordmaster also (coaches association newsletter).
