| Prise de Fer's D and Under next weekend Due to some unfortunate unforseen circumstances (i.e., me thinking the 10th was Saturday and not Sunday), I can't make the Harvey Kerner at Candlewood this weekend. This is kinda bad, since I lose some good practice time for the nationals. I see that PdF has a D and under sabre event the weekend after, although it starts at 5. Any possible clue on when it would get out? That's a pretty rough drive to make home for me if it's late.

| And if you've not attended a competition at PdF, you're in for a treat. They run like a Honda engine. |

(My gf drives an Acura, and I make fun of it, so it's not like I can really stop...)

| PEOPLE! Honda makes a great engine. (Of course, I drive a German Sedan, but I can appreciate Honda engines...)
OK, though, PdF runs tournaments like a Swiss timepiece. |

Fast and reliable, and easy to work on.

| Okay, you guys convinced me...I should be there.
But my car's not a Honda...sorry
Oh, and a question. I'm a USFA member, but I've not seen hide nor hair of the card they never sent me when I re-registered last August. When I mailed them, they sent me back an email certification of sorts with their letterhead and my member number on it, saying I was a member. Is that going to be acceptable?
