Follow xcrunner's tip of pulling the plane all the way back at the height where the dark band is near to the top quarter of the screen. Then move your mouse out of the "play area" in your browser and reentering on the other side of the line near the crown molding at the bottom quarter of the screen.
At least for me, that consistently just clears the top of the window and flys 111m.

Aha!
I found a different pair of spots, that are consistently between 113 and 114. Can't break 114 yet, though.

good job for doing that research. how do you get it to go 114? i've only hit 112.0xx
Tuck the plane all the way into the top left corner, take the mouse all the way outside the game area, touch it back into the game area on the far right an inch or so above the floor molding. There are bands of light and dark in the shading that make it easy to remember which spot worked best, so you can fine-tune where you bring the mouse back in for best results.
I also got some really good results from other spots on the left, between the top of the screen and the ceiling edge.
