| The venue may have looked a little old, but we had great seating and there was plenty of room for all of the strips. It was a little disappointing to see only 42 (I think) in the foil and a 72 person A4 in the epee. Need to get those foil numbers up next year. |

| Foil was
Julio Diaz
Blake Watson
Hao Meng
Jordan Herin
Alberto Lugo
Michael Green
???????????
Joseph Pipkin
Joe Hoffman
More or less no clue after that. I can speak to the specific places of a teammate or two but nothing of particular note considering the amount of space between the names.
Junior WS was Chloe Grainger and Audrey Speer for 1 and 2... For MS I saw Blakeborough, Cheney, and I think Worsham go into the 8 for sure?

Coach, Oak Ridge Fencers Club | Thanks! Brandon went out to...gosh, I know he told me and it is someone notable, but my brain is just gone right now. Div 1A WE was won by Phoebe Caldwell, and that's all I really know from that. I didn't get a chance to see U19 WE.

| I seem to recall Cook Caldwell and a Murphy being involved the top 4 of JWE maybe?

| Had fun, made the 8 in U-19.
Saturday was SLOW. I don't know what the deal was, but the u-19 ME delay from DE's being posted to DE's starting was over an hour. Sunday was really smooth though. Gotta give kudos where kudos is due there.
The Ashkeboussi - Cochrane bout was epic, sort of a Yoda vs Goliath thing. Pretty awesome.
Congrats to Joe and Sasha for Octopwning.
Just a frickin shot in the dark here, does anybody want my prize knife? This thing is malicious, and just too practical for me to keep anywhere but my boot. The police are going to pull me over as a pedestrian and charge me with being a scary knife man. $20 if ya want it.

| Did you get the 8th place knife (i.e. the most randomly "useful" prize ever...especially when contrasted with the ridiculously decorative and dull daggers/swords given to other places)? Best suggestion I heard all day for that thing was to use it as your new pick up line..."I said, do you want to date me saturday?"

If you open it up at the top theres a compass in the pommel, and then in the little compartment in the handle is like, string, needles, matches, a map, a pen, a wi-fi thing, crack rocks, a bong, car keys.....
Pretty cool how they stuffed $20 bills down into the weapon sheaths eh? Took me a while to find that!
Didn't even know you were there, would have said hi.

Coach, Oak Ridge Fencers Club | Yeah, I was hoping he'd pick up his A, but he had a rough bout.
Anyone got the score for the final in Men's Epee? I had to leave before the bout. |

| Haha, yeah, I was about the venue. Actually saw you a couple of times but you seemed to be on your way to warm up or going about other fencing related stuff so I didn't bother you. Also I really don't go around saying the phrase "hey, I'm bigdawg2121" b/c that would be utterly absurd. Great knife though (or at least as great as a relatively cheap knife can be) from what I saw. My friend actually tried it and discovered it makes an effective razor too.
