Are you trying to hide the fact that you posted it? #145 (I think) in the "level the playing field" thread. Either that or someone's got your password and is being helpful with it...

Or maybe there are 2 oiuyt's...

But since it's easier from here: SES Results

Ack! Forgot about that completely. And that thread was long enough that I did a look up of my attachments. That was a link, rather than an attachment, so, of course, wasn't included.

So, yes, I did post the link. And, as far as I know, there aren't multiple oiuyts running around (there can be only one).

My computer says it's password protected, and won't let me open it.

I know that the results are posted on askfred, but fred doesn't list the qualifiers. Is my earlier post (1-19 qualify) correct?

Note that the tied-3rd fencers only both qualified (rather than having to fence off for a single slot) because there was an auto-qual ahead of them.

Looks like Georgia didn't dominate as it has the past couple of years. Is the quality of Georgia fencing declining?

Georgia pretty well dominated men's foil. Epee is just a dice roll around here. Very much an "an given weekend" type of situation. Saber, well, it's saber. Outside of Nellya not many folks do it.

I wouldn't call Epee' a dice roll. No one really clearly dominates (except for Yergler in this case), but the same people are pretty consistently at or near the top. Now there are a few instances of a bad day or something, but other than that it's not too variable although there are some instances.

The only people who say that epee is a dice roll are inconsistent people. Like me.

There were definitely some interesting turnout in Epee. I Think at the level epee is right now the inconsistency is probably just with the familiarity of the fencers with all of the rest of the fencers with the addition of each's caliber. This is, after all, a very small section. I found myself fencing in pools where I have fenced every single one of them from various tournaments around the section.

Well not a dice roll with all of us to be sure. But among the top 10-15 people? Yeah.
