| How about this for a confession. I have romantic feelings for my best friend's little sister. And she's not even legal yet. So it's become almost a big brother relationship. With my best friend's sister. Yargh. |

| I have a thing for girls with red hair. Doesnt even matter if its dyed or not. I just can't help myself. It sucks because one of my best friends is this drop dead gorgous red head girl but we have nothing in common, she comes from a rich background, I don't and we are both moving overseas shortly. Curses!

| Yeah, what he said.
But of course, some around here know that I don't follow that same advice. Quote:

| Yes, but it takes two people to make a relationship. wheeringa has decided he's willing to risk letting this one go. From his posts he's stated the following:
1) They have nothing in common.
2) He has the hots for her, but he has no idea if she feels the same.
3) He's entering the armed forces and has little control when he will be returning.
I think he's made a sound, mature decision. |

| Inspired by Fencergrl's gaming confession, I confess that I have never won a game of freecell in my entire life. And not for lack of trying. |

| Here's a tip... Under "Game" chose "Select Game" from the drop down table, or hit F3.
The lower the number, the easier the games are... get your feet wet with the easier games before trying the more difficult ones.
If you want to abort a game (so it doesn't count as a "loss") hit SHIFT+CTRL +F10 all at the same time.
In no time your stats (hitting F4) will show 100% wins!!! With this, you can impress your friends and they will never know you cheat at freecell.... not that I EVER would do this...
Okay, okay!!! I have been known to cheat at freecell.... perhaps I didn't legitimately win all 11,225 games. I CONFESS! |

| Another thread reminded me of a confession I should make.
A couple days ago I was trying to remove the barrel from a blade for rewiring. I tried pliers, vise grips (didn't have a small enough crescent wrench), clamps, and a bench vise, but nothing could get this thing off. I started to wonder if the assembler of the weapon (I had bought it fully wired) used Loctite or superglued the barrel on.
The next day, I was all ready to buy a heat gun out of desperation when I decided to try it one more time. Slipped right off like it was supposed to. As it turned out, I forgot the righty-tighty lefty-loosey rule.
In hindsight, I'm sure at least some of the metallic tings I heard while cranking the vise grips were not the grips slipping off the barrel, but the cracking of the barrel from overtightening. |
