Is there a way to learn to yell?

I heard that yelling can help you both mentally and physically. Is this true? If so, Is there a way to train yourself to yell with fleches, touches, flicks, etc.? Also, what exactly DO I yell at my opponent? and what does it mean?

I think that yelling doesn't really matter.
I don't yell and I have gotten many gold metals.

Maybe for some people it works one way or the other.

Sit on a tack. But yelling won't help you with anything other than getting attention.

Years ago, I learned to yell because the other fencers on my team would yell and being the new kid, one tended to do what the others did. I thought it was cool to yell at the beginners because it was good for a few easy touches. But now I think I'd rather conserve my energy (at my age I have to) and concentrate on my actions. Everyone is different in what works for them. I might start laughing if another fencer yelled at me during an attack, or maybe I'll yell back!
I live to fence and fence to live!!

A yell can inflict psychological damage to your opponent. In doing so, it can bolster your confidence.
