| People in Alberta... In the spirit of the thread, let's see if you guys can tell me where these two types of Canadians prefer to hang out:
1. Puck Bunnies
2. Rig Pigs (Pretty specific to Alberta in particular) |

| Puck bunnies hang out at ice rinks, or at least around hockey teams. We have them here in Buffalo, too. Rig Pigs, I guess, would spend time at a truck stop.

| You're wrong about the rig pig... anyone else care to guess???
Excellent choice with Rig Pig, BTW.... XanderHal. Although I'm surprised that there aren't a few in some of your larger States that are not able to either able to figure it out or are familiar with the term. |

| matt9476: Rep has been sent.
Anyone want to earn a whole whack of rep for figuring out what a rig pig is?
Geez... I already provided a bit of a hint in my last post. |

| A rig pig?
Surely it's a police officer who has been set up....
See? I even kept it clean.

| You did keep it clean!.. Plus it was a very good guess but sadly, incorrect. Goofy is right. A rig pig is an unflattering name women call the guys who work on the rigs.
Okay... translate this sentence:
Last night, I decided to grab a koke at the ballet. The peelers drained me down to my last loonie, seeing I'm on the pogey it didn't take much eh? |

However, the kids spent all my money, down to the last penny. That didn't take long, though, as I'm unemployed.
Was that even close?

ballet= Strip Joint
peelers= Strippers
loonie= $1
pogey= Unemployment insurance or U.I. |
